March 5, 201214 yr This only appears to affect the NGX, and only after SP3c. This is just an FYI, I'm not complaining- I love this bird and the work that everyone on this dedicated team has done.I have EZDOC, and so that I can use it but also keep the incredible views that PMDG programmed for us, I have deleted the "A" and "S" keys from the FSX controls, and re-programmed it into EZDOC, so that the "A" and "S" keys do just way they would through FSX without EZDOC installed. This has worked well for me for some time and I se it with almost all of my add-ons. I also have several of my CH Yoke buttons configured so that they emulate the "A" and "S" keys. Now I find that my view gets offset in a forwards direction when I press the "gear up" key on my CH yoke, to the extent that instead of seeing one of the wing views that are programmed into the product (I assume through the aircraft.cfg?), I am now situated outside the aircraft with a bunch of seats out in the open behind me, and also I am elevated above my previous viewpoint as well. When I cycle either the "A" or "S" key function to get back to the particular view that causes this, I once again get the distorted view, although if I quit FSX and re-start it I am fine- until I press the "gear up" key. Also, the "gear up" key is programmed through FSUIPC, as are all my keys and axes. If I go to another aircraft the "A" and "S" key functions work correctly, regardless of my "gear up" button on the CH yoke.I know that this sounds quite weird. I have checked EZDOC to see if the same button on the CH yoke is programmed to any views, and it's not. Also checked FSUIPC for the same thing. I don;t have any issues other than with the "gear up" function. Note that I have one button on the CH yoke as "gear down", and another as "gear up".Any suggestions most appreciated. I can live with this in the interim by pressing the "G" key on the keyboard, but would appreciate any guidance.Thanks- Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
March 5, 201214 yr Author Hi Stephen,Thanks- no, I have not- I didn't have much time to trace this issue last night when I found it, I also was going to disable the "gear up" assignment through FSUIPC to the offending yoke button and see if that still resulted in the view distortion- that would isolate the issu to the yoke button specifically, or the "gear up" command generally..However, I will do as you suggest first when I get home tonight. Thanks, Bruce.PS. Just did a search and found the solution as Stephen suggested:http://forum.avsim.n...e/page__st__100"Correct - the EZCA config entries are removed when the new cfgs are placed there. Rerun the tool.
