Thank you for the 747 v2 !!!!!!!

Wow! Quite a shock to wake up to!!! I am very thrilled of this!

Unbelievable! In Brit's link it says that we're only 2 months away from 777 beta testing, and the 777 and 747 V2 will be released within two months of eachother!!! OMG, I wish I'd won the lottery now so I can build an Ivy Bridge / GTX 680 system, and buy all PMDG stuff. And don't forget that we still have the DC-6B to be released too! And also don't forget that we still have another 2nd secret project, if the 747 isn't already the 2nd secret project...

Just a couple things (I have to leave for the day in a sec):1. Yes, the 744 v 2.0 is Secret Project #2. It's being made in parallel with the 777. A -8 will be made as the expansion and it'll be the full deal with cockpit/systems differences, FDE/engine modelling etc, not just the visual model and sound.2. I actually have an alpha version of the 777 already running here right now, yes.I'll let RSR tell you all more when he gets back from the convention (I assume tonight).

i gotta say...VERY nice presentation from robert today..i enjoyed every bit of it (even tho' i was one of those "have never flown with the 737 HGS" guys and also didn't win the raffle but heck :D) so...i really really appreciate it that robert made its long way to germany for us and the community in general and i would just like to say: THANK YOU for continuing what you do and making it even better! FSX without PMDG would only be half as fun...Tobias Gruber

i was at the presentation today and i didnt notice any camera crews or people filming with their phones...a lot of photos were taken tho so i guess you have to live with that and roberts update tobias gruber

This is good news:-) Since PMDG has gained so much experience the last years, I dont think the 777 nor the 747 will take as long as the NGX. However, Im not gonna bash them if it does take longer than what RSR told lisseners at the conference, a descent B777 is what ive been waiting for, and now im gonna get it in PMDG quality!! ( :() So I dont care if it takes half a year longer, cause its gonna be a blast anyways :( :( B)
