March 12, 201214 yr what a coincidence. I just had a look around Mumbai and Chennai. Didn't take any screenshots sorry. But it looked pretty good. Liked it around Chennai especially. Roads and rail are there and some high rise buildings starting to appear as are in the rest of the world too. You know the story tho about the scenery, it's still being worked on so don't expect too much.

March 13, 201214 yr Heres a quick screenshot at Mumba, taking off on unway 27 then circling right to show some of the airport and buildings. This may not be the best quality but hope it gives you an idea of what it looks like. The streets are there if you do the roads at the ton settings. The outline of the city looks pretty plausible but of course the buildings are not correct. Still doesn't look bad, and I think it will get a lot better. :smile:The second shot is south of the airport coming in from the ocean, You may be able to recognize the hills as I find in most areas the hills and valleys as well as the streets are accurate. Hope this views OK as I had to cut these down quite a bit. I fly at 3840 resolution so had to cut these down to size.Edit: had to change an to an i from an e. The e didn't look quite right. :( Donald E. Donovan Flying is the 2nd greatest thrill known to man The 1st is landing.

March 13, 201214 yr Howdy Ironmaiden,My rig isn't anything special anymore, the chip is Intel Core2Duo Q9650 @3.0 Ghz. I run at stock speed as I have never been able to get this chip to accept an overclock, even a 5% overclock this chip will shutoff and go home. I've had Vcore up to over 1.6 V, and afraid to go any higher. Ironically I got this chip so I could OC as the original chip was an E8800 I believe without checking. I could OC that chip to 3.4 from its native 2.66 Ghz This chip does OK anyway. The video card is nVidia GTX 560 with 2GB of vram.MB is an Asus P5N-D so I am stuck presently with old DDR2 memory. I will upgrade one of these days.I guess I should put my specs in my sig, as that seems to be he thing to do anymore, When I get that latest $50,000 chip I guess I will. :biggrin:I use multiple monitors, one a 46" Samsung and the other a 24" HP monitor.By the way that 44 fps is with HDR on and FXAA most of my settings are at the ton level or better, that second picture I sent was done at 100 mile visibility, I normally run with 10 or 15 mile visibility. The first was my normal 15 mile visibility. I set up for a hundred mile vis as it dawned on me, it would mbe be a little clearer in thses small pictures. On my 46" monitor things look a lot clearer. :( I think by keeping my rig clean and setup well it helps to get a good fps in any program. Donald E.
