86000' in an Icon :-) Don't think so...
Possible yes-you just have to take off from the moon. :LMAO:
Wow! Please explain.... how?!!
Carefully, very carefully. :Loser:

It's the Round Earth Award(as in curvature), not Round the Earth Award. :Peace:

my bad, I stand corrected. but even then there is still the little open point with Fl860 in a fully loaded icon sportscar

He probably did a saved flight over Hilo then edited the parameters within the saved flight file.
Or downloaded a save file where that has already been done. That's called cheating, and I'd rather never ever get the award than cheat for it.I never understood why they'd put an award in Flight that was impossible to achieve. Now, I have to wonder if it's there to flush out the cheaters, as MS knows what awards you've gotten.I ain't touchin' that with a 10 foot pole.Hook

The only thing lamer than cheating to get an imaginary award is actually bragging about cheating to get an imaginary award.

I have little doubt that is indeed the case. They have already stated in messages within the sim, there are some aerocaches that need helicopter or seaplane to reach. So pretty obvious at least those two type of aircraft are coming, and I would guess soon - maybe even with Alaska. And I am quite confident this particular award was put in there as a teaser, to show there is an aircraft in the plans that can reach that flight level. I highly doubt it would be put there to try and identify someone inclined to " cheat" to get it. I do not have any idea how the OP managed to get a screenshot, if that is what it is, of an Icon fully loaded with fuel at this flight level. If indeed he did, I don't know that I would call it cheating - more like managing to exploit a weakness in the sim, as quite obviously an Icon in the RW could never do such a thing. There are many hints scattered throughout and I feel pretty confident just about all " types" of aircraft eventually will get modeled in Flight - assuming it is somewhat successful as they go forward and can justify continuing with development...
