That is the unfortunate effect of Project Tupolev programmers being mostly hobbyists with no experience working on a major project and related code management and clean keeping. --Peter Fabian

May 8, 201214 yr For me a Dash-7 would be more exciting than the Dash-8. Milton Shupe's D-7 was great fun back in the day. Tho I think that would end up like another MD-11 project with a handful of people who like it's performance and capabilities vs a lot of people who wouldn't be interested because it isn't as popular in the real world.
