August 31, 200421 yr This is a 737 Next Generation aircraft simulation and does not contain a GPS because the real aircraft does not ALTHOUGH it does use GPS along with the flight management system (FMC). Take some time to learn how to use this and you will soon learn to master a a complex simulation.. Best Wishes,
Randy J. Smith
http://www.rawbw.com/~bdoolin/shinault/Animation1.gifCaution! Not a real pilot, but do play one on TV ;-)AMD 64 3200+ | ASUS KV8 DELUXE | GFORCE 5700 ULTRA @535/1000 | Maxtor 6Y080M0 SATA 80 GIG | 512 DDR 400 | Windows Xp Pro | Windows Xp Pro 64 | Randy J Smith
August 31, 200421 yr 3.After every add on was up and running I had to "Reboot" the aircraft to make the Auto throttle sayon and that messed everything up.You need to have engines running with engine generators on, before the autothrottle will turn on.
August 31, 200421 yr For sure it is much more complexe than any other aircraft I have flown in MSFS.This may not be some peoples bag however.Only complaint I have ever had is the lower than normal frame rates.XP Home SP2Asus P4P800-SE Intel 3.0GHZDDR 400 D/C 2x512MBGeForce FX 5700 256MB (56.72)SB AudigyMSFF2 & X45 throttleSee you in the fence...CYYZ Al Stiff
August 31, 200421 yr I never thought I would see a post about an FS addon being to "real". Too Funny!
August 31, 200421 yr I bought the NG about a week ago and I REFUSE to leave the tarmac untill I know how to start the engines and getting to know how to read and use the FMC. Last night I took off from NZCH to NZWN, and for the first time landed a heavy jet on Wellington's notoriouslywindy runway perfectly and in one piece and it felt good!. It's money well spent if you love aviation or have an interest in it.You also have to put aside some time in learning the ropes.Have fun.GWBrisbane AU P4 3.061G RamX800 PROSB Audigy
