Sorry about that Robo but I was viewing the wrong C:/users/John/.....etc file....... a complete cock up on my part ....I changed the zero to 1 and its fine .......thanks for your advice.

Glad to help. Hopefully MS will just give us a toggle key for that function some time soon.
