HD LED Monitor or TV

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Looking for some advice here. would you recommend getting a 32inch HD TV or a 27inch LED monitor. i mainly fly the NGX and play BF3. Currently, i have a 22inch samsung monitor and think its about time i upgrade for a more immersive experience.

thanks.

I myself have got the exactly same question. I'm not sure, but as long as they are both 1080p Full HD LED, then there should be a difference, except for that the TV is bigger. But I"m not sure about this.

The difference is that most times the TV's response time much slower (think about 5ms vs 2ms of the monitor). A typical example is the SAMSUNG T27A950, which is a HDTV monitor, and its twin, the S27A950, which is just a monitor without the TV tuner.
