can anyone help me as i have the PMDG NGX 737 800-900 and when i load the aircraft nothing are working, no gauges no buttons no animation works, appreciating your support as pic attached.

You should submit a support ticket.

I'm sure you already tried to reinstall?

Does the aircraft have power?

 

I mean is it starting in cold and dark?

 

If so turn the battery on from the overhead and that should help, then connect ground power int he FMC and click the ground power switch also on the overhead.
