April 26, 201214 yr Hi Ryan, or anyone from PMDG. I've sent Ryan(TABS) an email but got no answer yet, I know you guys are busy! So I thought, that I would write here :-) I just flew some flights, testing the failures and keeping me up to date, and got a FCC_A INOP and FCC_B INOP failure during climb out. Nothing "unusual" there, besides its a failure, but I then tried to correct the plane from banking slightly to the right, so I made a small input on the aileron trim switch. Instantly the a/c banks violently to the left. This only happens when these two are failed, when everything is operating nothing happens when making the exact same input. And goes for both ways. It really looks like when the 737 gets an rudder hardover. - I have also tested my joystick and all just to be sure it's not there the problem is. :-) Hope you guys can in lighten me. :-) Best regards Jakob 737 CL/NG skysurfer
April 26, 201214 yr Commercial Member If you want it looked at, submit a support ticket. Private messages aren't normally looked at by any of the staff. Are you trying this via an FSUIPC assigned key, or through actually clicking on the trim wheel with the mouse? Kyle Rodgers
April 26, 201214 yr Maybe it's just because I've been simming since '81, but I tend to be amazed at what it CAN do rather than trying to eek out the things it can't. Chris Hicks
April 26, 201214 yr Interesting. Submit a ticket. As an aside, on swept-wing aircraft, roll trimming is usually corrected by rudder trim unless there's a control malfunction. Matt Cee

Joker first of All I'm not trying so "seek" the faults. I stumbled over it... ;-) There's the difference.. :-) And yet I'm truly amazed of what it can do, and a very good tool in training when I'm not out flying it for real.. The fault in the A/P was something I generated so I could practice a bit.. :-) again because it's so complete. And yeah I could submit a ticket. :-) And I made the input via clicking the mouse on the aileron trim switch, and know that you correct throug the rudder trim. :-) But again nothing big, but just wanted to share with you guys. :-) 737 CL/NG skysurfer
