Anyone have any idea what's improved/changed here?

"-Glide Slope Indicator added to the EHSI"

Excellent!

SP2 installs directly into P3D!

The Car400.exe installs in P3D also.

Thank you Carenado for the patch and support of P3D

If you bought it from Carenado.com then it's in the updates section of your personal account.

UPDATE.........re-installed the 530 files according to the posts, (thanks guys for the step by step!!

), ....now the ATC back on and the new sounds are REALLy great.............Hdg and Crs works like a charm..........seems all to be OK, with one exception, I set the Alt to , say 5000, then after takeoff, turn on AP, baut the climb rate is all over the place, have to control with the trim levers on yoke, then it does not stop at set point?? have to get there manually and then push the ALT button............same with decend??..........is this a FSUIPC setting or my error in the control setup??........this plane just gets better with every new patch and post improvement!!.........B42L8

How does SP2 interfere with Bert´s tweaks (such as the adjustment of heading and course)? Does anyone has some feedback?

Thanks

So, one loses the GNS 530 integration with the install of the SP2?

SP2 appears to replace the aircraft.cfg, panel.cfg, and sound.cfg files, so yes, any tweaks you've applied will be lost.

Ok, thanks for the info. Probably I'll make a complete fresh new install of the aircraft, followed by the SP2 and then the mods I need, which are the heading/course selection on the HSI and the GNS 530 integration. A little work, but then it should be a tip notch addon and are pure pleasure to fly.

Thanks for the information Kurt!

Michael: If you download the full package again from your account in Carenado´s website, you don´t need SP2 because it is already included.

I have tried to get the update but the site does not recognize my email address even though I received an email from carenado saying I should get the update. This is my first Carenado plane, so far not so good.
