I just did a quick test with 1.05, and both MCP and EFIS appear to be rock solid now!

(haven't tested all options yet)

The only niggle I have is the vertical speed wheel still working the wrong way around...

Also, would it be possible to have the heading window display the bank angle (without a leading "0") when the knob is in bank angle select mode? That way, it would be immediately clear what mode it is in.

 

All I need now is support for the COM, NAV, Transponder, and general aviation panels... B)

the vs direction fault can be corrected by inserting

 

* -1

 

to the line L0 = &ROTATOR_VS

in the OCP4NGX_MCP_PP v1.05.txt file

 

then you need to compile this modified file together with the EFIS file to a new ssi file

 

will be corrected in next realise

 

the bank indication will be implemented as an option in next release

I use your files with Prepar3d + MCP p&p + EFIS p&p and all works great, only issue is that i am still on NGXMCPEFIS_PP_202.ssi since from your new upadtes you have the installer soft for FSX.

Is it possible to get the latest LUA files to update manually like before so that I could use with Prepar3d?

The OCP4NGX is not based on LUA files and my NGXMCPEFIS_PP_202.ssi with LUA is not going to be further developed by me.

The OCP4NGX is not linked specific to FSX, should also work with Prepar3D as long as the PMDGNGX works with Prepar3D.

i will include the net version in the next upload to my web site, so all new releases will work for local and networked implementation.

 

in the meantime you can use your "old" OCP4NGX net version, just copy it over the new one and rename it to OCP4NGX.exe. the bug fixes are all in the sioc scripts.

i still get occasional chasing issues when combining it with fs2crew....if say my crs is set to 272 and i ask it to set 092 it often will miss 092 and go around again till it gets to 092.

 

Also im not sure I like the way of doing ALT Int, pressing and holding ALT HLD to activate it can lead to deleting multiple restrictions. The levelD way was a double tap of the ALT INT button, perhaps a better way?

 

Ive had several times where its stopped communicating with SIOC - producing an error box(that drops you out of FSX focus)

 

Finally when it first starts up it automatically switches my BARO to inches, rather than leaving it at HPA

Could you try to run FSX without FSCrew to check if the 2 last issues are related to FSCrew or a combination of both FSCrew and OCP4NGX. I can't duplicate these problems on my setup.

That looks interesting. Is there a chance that the CDU will be supported by your driver in a future version (in the near future). Up to now, that is the only OC hardware I have, and at the moment it only works with the 767...

I have the EFIS and MCP from OC. Both works fine. But i would like to have the "TERR" function on the button witch is actually the "POS" button. How can i change this?

 

In my script i have this line:

 

Var 2397, name POS, Link IOCARD_SW, Device 1, Input 33, Type P

 

 

Must i change this, or create a new line? There is no line with "TERR"...
