May 7, 201214 yr This pic is taken at KASH - Nashua Airport. Trees are everywhere. Any clue what could be going on? Uploaded with ImageShack.us
May 7, 201214 yr Maybe you should use the "repair" feature in FSX. That should work. Alex Leung Aerospace Engineering Undergraduate Glider & Private Pilot via Royal Canadian Air Cadets
May 7, 201214 yr I had this issue the other day when I realized that UTX was loading on top of my add on airports in the scenery library. I moved the addon airports above UTX in library and all was fine.
May 7, 201214 yr Author Can you elaborate? What do you feel is broken and what will the "repair" feature fix? I had this issue the other day when I realized that UTX was loading on top of my add on airports in the scenery library. I moved the addon airports above UTX in library and all was fine. I do have UTX, but this shows up with the default KASH and no add on. I'll disable UTX and see if it still shows up.
May 7, 201214 yr Where'd you get that neat Skylane ?? Looks like a Carenado 182Q I do have UTX, but this shows up with the default KASH and no add on. I'll disable UTX and see if it still shows up. With default airports you can also get vegetation on the runway if you have a more detailed mesh setting selected than the actual scenery. Try going to 38 m mesh as a test. Bert
May 7, 201214 yr UTX needs to be located below any addon airport in the Scenery Library. I move all the UTX layers down to just above Propeller Objects in the Scenery Library. The 'repair' feature of FSX is not needed in this case. That's inserting the FSX DVD and selected 'repair' as the option. I do not recommend you do this. Just place UTX below your addon scenery/airports. It's landclass and UTX tells FSX what and where to place objects. Best regards, Jim
May 7, 201214 yr this shows up with the default KASH and no add on. Your picture does not show the default KASH. That is definitely an add-on airport. Art
May 8, 201214 yr It looks to me like there is no airport background poly, which exclude autogen by default. regards, Joe The best gift you can give your children is your time.
