"Oh I'll do that in a minute, thank you". 1:01:30 Who said that? Do what?

Either Cabin Crew or someone around.

I was kind of hoping for a jokey explanation.

Nice footage of all the wing surface operations - I'll add it to our list of resources if anyone wants to see. (we do have all the engineering info on exactly how the systems work though)

Is it me or was that one of the most elegant, and beautiful takeoffs ever, it was so perfect, and there was no loud bass noise from sitting behind the engines(as would normally be expected).

Also, I have heard it in a few videos now, what is that whirring noise that starts about 5 seconds after takeoff power is set, and stops about 10 seconds after rotation?

Does the guy doing the safety brief have kind of weird, almost Irish sounding accent, or is that just me too??? LOL :)

I always laugh to myself about the 'Safety Features'

In my mind, that means engines,. wings, wheels, flaps, etc.

If you want a good video on the 777 try the ITVV Cathay Pacific 777 DVD....absolutely fantastic!

The problem with this kind of footage for me is two things:

1-It glued me to my chair specially while takeoff and approach phases it’s very interesting to see that while you are not a passenger.

2-My wife suspected that I was watching something else :) because she came to my study at least three times before asking “what’s so important about the wing?” and since she doesn’t know much about FS except its name and countless hours I am “wasting” she said so why don’t you switch to become a pilot........sigh I am 47 a little late for that.

Thanks Alex

Wow, the IFE on the United 777 is not "On-Demand?" Meaning if you miss the start of the film you have to wait its entire length in order to watch it from the beginning. I thought On-Demand viewing was a standard now? I guess I got too spoiled on Air France.

To be honest, I was dissappointed with this ITVV version, being mostly in the Sim, I now prefer justplanes, as they make better videos.
