Also a suggestion for next year

The income question....

Is that gross or net income, thus before or after income taxes?

In the country where I'm coming from that makes a difference of about 50%

On your next survey be sure to add Bush Flying.

Flying in and out of unimproved short fields to deliver supplies, hunters, and fishermen is the challenge I love most.

Just one thing though - went back just now and I can take it again as it doesn 't recpgnise I have done it! Is there a way to rectify this otherwise some smart alec will multpitle vote and distort the results?

Spotted dick? This is the first I heard of it and I laughed my brains out. Why did you have to explain it Tom? Why couldn't you let us live in happy, perverted ignorance?

Just a suggestion on "type of flying". How about Corporate/charter jet/turbo prop?

What the heck is "spotted dick"?! LOL

This survey runs until we issue the 2013 survey... So, check in daily to keep up with the pulse of the community... :Just Kidding:

That's good to know. I'd been wondering for about 11 months where last year's results were kept. Shoulda looked!

Ohhh... sushi or spotted dick. That's really difficult- my two favourites. Though not together.

Although the omission of fish and chips, and indeed cake, in the food choices is a glaring error.

And warm beer, toad in the hole, bubble and squeak, and cottage pie.

Voted! Last question came as a surprise, and so did one of the answers. Spotted Dick:

Shrimp and grits? You made that up! Big%20Grin.gif

Good to see a return to tradition, though.

Best regards.

Love the last question. Haven't had spotted dick for several years. Must discuss this with my wife. With regards to the type of flying (long distance, local, etc.) more than one answer should be available. I fly as the mood hits. Local sightseeing if I am in a hurry, long distance passenger or freight if I plan on spending time at the controls. I have AES at some airports and enjoy the complete immersion when time permits.

Don't get too excited... it is a weirdly named Brit desert. (raisins and pudding or some such... ). Trust me... It doesn't quite live up to the name.

Dessert. We have been having so much rain lately that a desert would be a nice change.

Actually that is a VERY popular Southern U.S.A. dish....where I moved back from in SouthCarolina, it's made almost everywhere. :) I am sure it was on Tom's mind after his Columbia, SC trip, where I am almost positive he had some. :)

Seems I'm in most of the main leading categories. Although the omission of fish and chips, and indeed cake, in the food choices is a glaring error.
