Loading slow could be hard driver problem,and livery textures not show on aircraft could be some wrong in aircraft.cfg not correct,check "texture=xxxxx" is match same texture folder.

Also sign you name,is simple rule in this forum.

Had same problem until i installed W7/64 and 8 Go ram. Since this time all my PMDG products run fine... Even with other add ons loaded ( sceneries or and ASE 2012).

With 4Go ram only i had some black screens, FPS drop when switching view, Textures very slow to load with squeletton aircraft. If your drivers are up to date problem is not here.
