Problems with registration for support

Recommended Posts

Hi PMDG,

I just registered in your system to request a support ticket, but link that I received in the e-mail does not work. What is the next step to me in this situation?

Thanks

Dmitriy

Thank you, Zoran.

Could you please post a link to this forum? I can't find any other forums except this one.

Thanks

Dmitriy

Just try to send myself the verification e-mail again. The link is broken that means I cannot request support tickets due to technical reasons, PMDG stuff is silent.

It's not about spam. I'm able to receive the e-mails from PMDG, but the verification links provided in these e-mails are all broken. Therefore, I cannot validate my e-mails and consequently I cannot post support tickets.
