It actually depends on Your funds. You can get GF TQ-6adv or go for a solutions 10 times more expensive...

I bought the Airbus levers of these guy's, http://fsthrottles.com/Products.html

you can add extras depending on your budget, I went for extra switches and thrust range markings and decals.

They also build Boeing style throttles which I plan on purchasing for the PMDG 777.

Best yokes are from these guy's http://flypfc.com/?/products/yokes/cirrus-boeing-737-yoke/

Sorry for intrusion

I always want to buy a GF TQ but how much improvement there are in terms of quality and setup instead of more cheap one like Saitek or CH.

Quality should improve with such mid price but when you use with NGX does it change the feeling and give less trouble on setup with FSUIPC.

I would really enjoy the 737 throttle on that page!!, even though theres no reversers, flaps, or speedbrake. It doesnt say how much it is though, and its out of stock -_-.

The PFC throttle units look much better than the GF ones IMHO, although I dont have either! (just going by pics and descriptions)

The PFC ones are also interchangeable which is a bonus.

Basically yes, it just plugs in, although some fancier aircraft might need to be configured with it. If you are okay with a few basic tools and are prepared to buy a few pots and switches, you might also want to consider these by the way, which would be considerably cheaper (these just plug right in and work straight away too):
