Hi everyone i am on a flight to from KLAS to Honolulu an i want to know the 747 max speed. For example the top speed of this aircraft when flying in high altitude for example FL32 .

At FL350, Mach .92 (614mph, 533 kn, 988kmph). Voluntairly (don't know why an airline would be pushing her that fast) exceed that and I think you'd do a lot of damage that your airline wouldn't like and your CEO could say that the nearest unemployment line is that way (points north).

It can depend on the cost index, payload, weather, and route. I use 100 when I want to use CI. I haven't been in the 744 for a while so I can't remember what mach that comes out. However, the average cruise speed for the 744 is Mach .85 (567mph, 493kn, 912kmph). I try to keep her below that speed.
