What steps are needed to make Radar Contact V4 work with Prepare3d V1.3?

What steps are needed to make Radar Contact V4 work with Prepare3d V1.3?

 

Same as for FSX, or FS9, or ESP. Install FSUIPC4, run MakeRwys, share the Prepar3D Files folder for access to the Plans. There's no reason why anything should be different that I know of. I don't think RC checks the FS version and refuses to run if it isn't FS9 or FSX.
