Improved Docs: Checklist "card"

"Just the facts, Ma'am".

 

A two page landscape PDF -- meant to be printed out and then folded in half and possibly laminated. Gives you a nice kneeboard sized quick reference card for the checklists and procedures. The blue background tags ground based steps, and the yellow in-air steps.
