Re: FSX Aircraft

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm fairly new to FSX and am using the standard aircraft.

The problem I have is that the aircraft e.g 172 does not have the instrument lit up? Is this a problem that I ought to be able to sort out, or is it a case of purchasing an aircraft?

Best regards,

Ken

The L key turns on all lighting. As far as I recall all the instruments/gauges light up.

Best regards,

Jim

Hi Jim,

It's a bit weird, the cockpit panel will light up at sunset, but not the right hand section which deals with Navigation etc.

It seems that if you want to fly at night, buy a commercial aircraft, or fly in daylight  .

That's strange. The whole panel of the default 172sp is lit up for me so I'm a bit confused. Even in the 2D view. My navigation radios were lit up but if yours are not, there's a switch on the radios to turn them on.

Best regards,

Jim
