June 16, 201213 yr Single buttons could smoothly swing your view to the overhead panel, to the FMC etc, with eyepoint positions also included for each view (if I understand correctly). Yep. That's pretty much it. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. A great landing is when you can reuse it." i9 64GB RAM, GTX-5090
June 16, 201213 yr Gregg, do you have the TrackClip (that you put on the cap) or the TrackClip Pro? With the TrackClip I was about to give up on TrackIR but then I got the TrackIR5 with the TrackClip Pro and that made a world of difference. I used to have all kinds of problems with the view being locked pointing into the ceiling or not responding, but with the Pro I have absolutely no problem. The only snag is the USB cable but then again I usually have the charger cable connected to my (wireless :) ) USB-headset anyway. Even doing 5-6 hour flights I always use TrackIR. I've contemplated getting EZDok many times but have never really understood why I would need it when I have TrackIR already, except for getting creative angle of views! June 16, 201213 yr I have the old TrackClip. Maybe that's the issue. I think mine's the 4 version. I notice that they do sell the PRO clip by itself. Is the 5 version worth the money? Also, and more importantly, Are you able to look around and click buttons? You have to click somewhat precisely like you might in the J41 or 737NGX.
