If it interracts with AI, gives us regional accents, and works reasonable well out of the box I will buy it also.

 

Btw, AI SMOOTH can put planes in a hold for example, why cant ATC programs do this ?, they just mimic what FSATC is doing, for example PFE does just repeat the FSATC with its own words. Does RC this too ?

If AI Smooth can steer planes, so an ATC program should let fly the AI also a star. At least give them vectors to fly one.

As long as its reportedly bug free by the time they release the AI integration, then I'll be buying in december - a wee early X-Mas present for me

 

Wishful thinking I guess.This is really the only software I tested ever that manages to freeze FSX (provided the flight is long enough) so often it's not even funny.No matter what the shills and the f.a.n.b.o.y.s say. The official excuse for the developer's screwups is that the users or their systems are at fault.(most of the time that is) and not the prog.

Strange, because it uses only standard Simconnect calls, and they work over a Networked connection too. There really isn't anything so complex in what it is doing which could freez\e anything. And I've seen no such reports on their Forum for months.

It seems you set out to be deliberately provocative. As far as I've seen from his work so far, MBA is very talented. Perhaps he has a fault, and that is trying to do everything for everyone too quickly. Where other developers would take a lot longer over a release and add a little at a time, he appears to be going overboard to meet everyone's wishes and expectations. I admire tihs, it reminds me of myself in my younger days. it may be foolish to some eyes, but i think it deserves encouragement -- praise where it is due, and constructive criticism where it is needed. Your attitude seems to be simply anihilate, destroy. Don't you have any other settings? Can't you wind back a little and be more constructive at times?

Watching this too, as the other ATC programs dont work very well for me.

 

FSbuild does export to squawkbox and fsinn so I take it both of those could be used as an export /Import format.

 

If its such an ongoing development though, and not a final product, it should be a little cheaper. 50 Euros is pretty steep for an unfinished product using everyone as beta testers. $40 like opus is more reasonable.

I'd be very careful what you say, as I'm also the forum MOD on the ProATC-X forum and I have never deleted any posts, no matter how bad they are.

So, unless you have evidence of this, then I suggest you retract your unfounded statement

Time to peruse youtube to see how its working. Interested now that it can import my vroute.

Can this thing handle emergencies like rc4? Can you enter alternates? Any sort of dialog change when your crossing the pond ie pos reports?

Very interesting indeed, this ProATC. But watching the video's, the fact that the crew is doing their checklists over the radio is currently holding me back besides the price tag. But it keeps itching (purchase itch), with it having arr/dep procedures.

This should mean one will be able to copy and paste those route strings straight from Routefinder. B)

It does, just remember to 'untick' SID and STAR before copying the route into PRoATC-X
