Only 1/2 of the Circuit Breaker panels light up

Here's the circuit breaker on the FO side.

And here's the one from the captain's side.

When I first installed the NGX last August, I remember both lighting up nicely.

I just did a complete reinstall of the NGX yesterday, after purchasing the extended download service and submitting a service ticket just so I could get the most updated installer with all service packs incorporated.

Somehow I still can't get that side to light up.

Any suggestions?

The knob is completely to the right when I took those pictures.

Double left clicking it would turn the lights down, not up?

Sorry AJ, I meant right clicking.

It's almost like the proper night texture isn't there...but I have no idea how that could be since I just reinstalled with the latest installer yesterday.
