Fastest High Quality, High Wing, Single Engine Aircraft

Something around 180+ knots.

High-wing, Single, 180 kts? Nope. Nothing leaps to mind. Nearest might be Carenado Cessna 337H Skymaster.

 

High wing= check

Fast = check (cruises at 160 kts)

Single = Nope, but an in-line twin, so good visibility

The C210 will do about 180 (decent power setting) KTAS @ altitude...

 

Carenado's is pretty good - I like it.

 

If we're talking indicated... I don't know.

Ah huh. Just what I thought. Hard to find. Well the EA-500 is pretty fast but have never seen one for FSX.

Ryan, I have the 337 - nice plane. I will check out the c210.

Well I totally misread your requirements - thought this was just a discussion about aircraft in general and not just for FSX.

This is how misinterpretations can be the cause of disasters (happily in this case it is minor) :Just Kidding:
