I just finished something and got some spare $ for upgrading my system. I have spent days to read some reviews and benchmarks. For $237, I can get

 

1. Intel i3 2120 3.3 Ghz + Asrock p67 Pro3 SE B3 intel

 

Yes I am warned i3 is not overclock-friendly CPU.

 

or-

 

2. I can get a cheap H61-H67 Mobo and get myself an i5 2400.

(which impossible to OC with the Mobo's)

 

or

 

3. Intel i3 2120 + Asrock H61 and get 8GB G Skill (Im currently using 4gb)

(hope that more RAM will compensate the overclock limitation)

 

I'm a stubborn FS9er, but longing to try FSX with medium or slightly high setting (?)

 

please give me some advices.
