how do we call the set altitude numbers for the co pilot?

 

eg, 5000 is 5 zero zero zero

 

How would I call FL390?

1st leg of around the world trip completed and between fs2 and voxatc I hardly have to do much in the cockpit ,the aim is to not do anything but take off and landing if thats possible.

 

Occasionally half way through a flight the F/O loses his voice but can still carry out demands, toggling the panel voice doesn't reset it.
