Cool...... Love flying Copters. The Helicopter Pilots motto is, the more moving parts there are, the safer you are.

Indeed. They already exist of people landing the A5 on the cruise ship at Hilo. :LMAO:

Hi Folks

Its a very nice model for a semi-submersible mobile drilling unit, (MODU).

 

These are floating platforms which get towed round the world from job to job.

 

Unfortunately they're located where IRL fixed platforms should be, (permanent),

and all configured for towing, (de-ballasted)

 

That nice model from FSX, (remember the Oil Rig mission ?),

would have been more appropriate, albeit a little small.

Cook Inlet, south-west of Anchorage. Take off from Trading Bay and they are close by.
