First Officer Audio

Hi,

 

First time using your product. I enjoy it. But after using the it on 5 flights, I might have a sound problem. After using it on the first flight all worked perfect. But after that I don't here the first officer speaking. The flight attendent works okay. I turned up the sound to for the first officer, but nothing happens. Also I don't here ground crew but I don't if that is included with the software. Some specs Win7 64 bit. on board sound realtek. nvidia video card with latest video driver. Using button control.

Hi John,

 

If it worked before, then stopped working, something changed on your system.

 

Please re-install the software and double check your audio setup including your hardware.
