October 17, 201213 yr You guys say we miss a regional aircraft in FSX but what about the PMDG J4100 ? I love the J41, but the Q400 is going to be a welcome addition. Maybe because it is more common to see one in real life. Robert Yunque
October 17, 201213 yr Whow, that's great news it's Beta now. I've been following Q400 news updates since years, and kept my FS9 alive with only the Q300 installed. So at the day of Q400 release I can finally uninstall FS9 . Mike 1. A320 home cockpit (FSLabs, Skalarki), P3Dv5 Main PC : I7-12700K, GTX3080Ti 2. FSLabs A3xx, P3Dv5. October 17, 201213 yr Very happy its in beta stage hope it goes smooth for the developers and the testers, I never had any interest in turboprop airliners before, but that has changed greatly recently the Q400 is a very beautiful plane. would love to fly shorter flights and hear that nice turboprop sound of the engines really looking forward to this package. Cesar Martinez AMD 7800X3D RTX5080 NZXT N7 B650E | G.Skill 32GB DDR5 Samsung 980 Pro 2TB | Crucial MX500 (2×) | Crucial P3 Plus Monitor: Philips Evnia 34M2C6500 QD-OLED
October 18, 201213 yr Yeah, it's really great news that it's in Beta now. Hope it will be ready to release soon. I'm sure this is going to be an excellent bird. Flo Florian

November 16, 201213 yr With Flight Model outside FSX limitations, same for the sound, I expect it to surpass 737NGX by a mile! Minimum! Alexis Mefano
November 16, 201213 yr With Flight Model outside FSX limitations, same for the sound, I expect it to surpass 737NGX by a mile! Minimum! Yes agree this well could set a new level in our fsx siming. It could even make anything else feel bad. We will see David Murden. November 16, 201213 yr Commercial Member As for today, it is not decided whether the shared cockpit functionnality will be included or not into the Pilot version. Rumors about "sure it will be included" are just rumors.
November 16, 201213 yr With numerous features running outside of FSX, will the options of saving a panel state or a flight in progress be possible? Curt Branch
November 17, 201213 yr Commercial Member Saving a flight in progress (which saves the panel state) is in place. Regarding pre-programmed panel states, i.e. - cold and dark, or engines running, is still on the drawing board in the sense that, while that too can be accomplished it will also save the airport which the panel state is created. The option to set the panel state at the click of a button is not feasible (at this time - no promises).
