More pics of upcoming Majestic Q400

Recommended Posts

For us the Dash 8 die hard's the introduction of the ATR for Caribbean flying (knowing what their limitations are with American Eagle) is not a pleasant thought concept. However in today's economy, most airlines are taking the sweeter better deals, and since Bombardier has stopped production of the Q300 series (50 seater), Liat did not have very many options in choosing who to get in bed with.

Looks like a great piece of work Simeon the Q400 will check this master piece out ;-)

Andre,

Thanks for the kind words.  We have been keeping Oleksiy and Dimitri  quite busy, and they have really been able to make this product shine in more ways than one.  I am really impressed.  There have been many turboprop aircraft over the years that have raised the bar each time, but this one is stepping it up just a few more notches.

We have to love this "Hobby" as it keeps getting better and better with age...just like a fine wine.

I must say Samdim is a really talented developer, I'm absolutely impressed with his previous work on the An-24 and the Airsimmer A320. Credit card ready to go for the Just Flight pre-order in a few hours time.

The video two days ago, the eksternal control surfaces doesnt seem to move that much..

I would like to see an video which shows movement of the control surfaces - Is it possible to see in your videos of it or would you care to do one at some point?

Looks stunning indeed.. The sound is so extremely well made.. I listened to the sound of reverse a couple of times...

Will indeed be a must have for fsx

Thank you for kind words, don't forget Nikolai (INS) who is my all-time painter and whose "touch" is now recognizable as well on MJC as on Airsimmer or Antonov projects.

@@Sam

Will attempt a control surface view in one of my upcoming vids.  you would not have had good visuals on the external control surfaces as this video was mostly done for night ops, so will the next one that I am putting together for a rejected takeoff that.

It's nice but not widely used, for example here in Australia only the very small Brindabella airlines uses it to only 6 destinations.

Q400 on the other hand is in a different league of airliners.

Just a thought,

why becuase they do this do we have to do that, I mean I landed a 737 NGX on a small strip in emergency, and yes set to take full damage,  thats pushing it a bit, butall I am saying is that I dont follow who's airlines usually land where and with what, I mean thats just not my cup of tea,.

Just saying. have fun...

Regards

Guss :D

The best feature of the Q400 still is the fact that you can take 74 passengers, fuel, baggage, and still have weight left over to accommodate your jumpseater trying to catch a ride home.  :P

That is key right there....especially after being on the line for several days of being "Junior Man Extended" LOL
