COM2 in X-Plane 10 ?

Does anyone know if COM2 is working in X-Plane 10 (10.10. beta 5)?

I tried it with a couple of planes (Carenado C208, Carenado Bonanza, CRJ-200) and wasn't able to contact ATC using COM2.

COM1 works fine but since it is integrated into the poor GNS430 (GA's) I would prefer to use the Bendix COM2, which is much easier to read and manipulate.

I believe Tom said that was being looked into and should be balanced across all the default aircraft by 10.20...
