Problem on displays

Hi Guys

 

I'm facing a problem with my 744X, I can't explain.... On PFD, on the altittude indicator, in Pink numbres, should show 10.000 feet, it's appearing 1 00, and on engine indicator, the white bars is over the numbers, hidden them. Any Help???

The problem is with your windows display setting. Go to "control panel", then "display", and check 100% rather than 125% or larger for you size. That should do it.

For Win 7 users .....

 

Start>Control Panel>Appearance and Personalisation>Display

 

Select ....

 

Smaller - 100% (default)

 

Then...

This will show you how to check ( or even change?) the DPI (Dots per Inch) size settings to allow text and other items, such as icons, fonts, and windows, to display larger or smaller in Windows 7...your looking to have 96 DPI to make things like PMDG PFD/ND/EICAS Displays view correctly (under normal circumstances).
