Magvar update + poor AP localizer intrcpts?

Anyone else having troubles with FSX A/P overshooting the localizer after downloading the latest Magvar update? My approach speeds range from 120-200 kts... (I've tested the entire range)...

 

(I'm also speaking of aircraft using default A/P logic)

I have the mag var update for a while.

 

I've had trouble sometimes it is on the edge of the runway, but I thought that was due to strong crosswinds.

 

Usually I land visually though so I don't always look.

 

Are the same airports fine without the update, can you reverse it and try the same approach?

Which file are you referring to by "magvar update"?

 

The EasyNav?

 

Or the magvar.rar?

 

If it's the latter, has it changed since January 2012?

The magvar.rar

 

The last data was 2010 for FSX I think.... the original database is probably 2005..
