Well....the time has come. Since April of this year I have been converting Google Earth files into FS9 scenery with full night lighting. I am now proud to announce that late tomorrow I will be releasing the Boston Google Earth scenery for FSX. The readme file that will be included will explain it all but for now I will tell you what scenery/fixes will be released late tomorrow. I will keep updating the scenery with more as I find time.

Hynes Convention Center

500 Boylston St

Zakim Bridge (replaces default scenery)

Bunker Hill Monument

Boston Public Library

Charlestown Bridge (replaces default scenery)

I really hate to be the wet blanket, but have you received consent from Google to redistribute their building libraries and/or textures?

Unless I am mistaken (*and I very well might be), creating and using these elements for your own personal use is probably OK, but you might be running afoul of their rules if you distribute the work without their permission.

I could be wrong, and I hope I am, but you might want to check into it if you haven't already...

Cheers,

-Greg
