August 18, 201213 yr Well I don't know for USPS but I guess that's the kind of reason they advised that outside US we should use FEDEX on the purchases that are to be sent. Is there any chance that you maybe can contact someone at USPS directly with your tracking number, but I guess they have their routes and methods of delivery that may be going this way for some reason. At work we once manage to send a complete semi trailer with goods that was going to a customer in Bodo, all the way back down to Oslo where it came from... Misrouting happens, but eventually it gets there. If you call USPS they can likeley figure out what happened. I hardly belive China is a normal routing for a package going to Austria.

September 13, 201213 yr Howd it go with the China delivery guys? Anyway for the logic of it - much cargo flows from China eastward into the US. Since cargo haulers need to get their planes back to China for another load, they might be selling space at the cheap to make up a bit, consequently it might be cheaper to ship these things westwards. --Peter Fabian
