There was a time when you would have pulled the trigger on a post like yours in this forum but since it's from you I think you need to include the Eligibility found two lines below down the page from the same link..

Academic licensing can be purchased for educational efforts at or below the undergraduate level.

 

(MS did not call to your door to see if FSX was being used for educational purposes and I promise you that LM won't be calling to see if you are using P3D for entertainment purposes.)

I know a guy with a house full of games, games where he did not spent a dime to get them, and nobody called to his door to see how he got them and will probably never, does that mean I should do the same?

It isn't allowed to talk about the EULA. So I removed mgh's post. There is no problem in simply showing what the P3D site shows, like you and I did.

That's a very subtle distinction given that the EULAs are shown on the P3D ste and must be accepted before downloading.

LM also refuses to talk about their various licensing agreements, simply referring any questions to the text as-written. So, due to the lack of any possible clarification, it's up to the potential customer to decide if the text, as-written, pertains to your intended usage.
