Multiplayer options...

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I have a friend I am trying to get into FSX, and I am trying to come up with a game plan for us. Ideally, the shared cockpit would be great, but there just aren't enough a/c that support it (outside the stock FSX stuff). VATSIM would be overkill at this point, since we are both just getting started and need to ramp up first.

Would it just make sense for one of us to host a session, and then fly together to places in different a/c? It seems to me that a lot of the FSX community flies solo, but maybe there is a lot more to multiplayer than I know?

I guess I am looking for advice on how two friends can get the maximum enjoyment out of FSX.

Thanks for the help.
