Hi,

Is there a difference for clickspots in FSX vs FS9 ?

<Gauge Name="gps" Version="1.0">
<Update Frequency="1"/>

  <Mouse>
    <Cursor Type="Hand"/>
  <Click>555 (>K:PANEL_ID_TOGGLE)</Click>
  </Mouse>
</Gauge>

This always worked in FS9, but not in FSX.

Here is an example from FSX default:

<Gauge Name="ADF Receiver Icon" Version="1.0">
<Image Name="adf_receiver_icon.bmp" />
<Mouse>
 <Tooltip ID="TOOLTIPTEXT_ADF_WINDOW" />
 <Cursor Type="Hand" />
 <Click>150 (>K:PANEL_ID_TOGGLE)</Click>
</Mouse>
</Gauge>

Try removing the <Update Frequency="1"/> line...

And / Or, add a bitmap.. I do believe <Click> spots need a "solid" ( IE Bitmap ) surface to be active.

...and the bitmap can be invisible (solid black = transparent) or possibly even missing,

as long as it shows up in the xml code..

Can someone help me with something similar.

I have EZYDOC and love it, but have problems remembering the keystrokes to move around the 3d VC cabin.

I would like to add invisible clickspots to the VC cockpit, to do away with remembering what my shortcut keys were and use my mouse instead.

Can anyone help?
