Ok, End key is speed up for me... could change it, but any chance I can set it up to be Del instead of End?

Can change it, but not to DEL key.

If you want to use the space bar for instance, go to \X-Plane\Resources\Plugins folder and open "xpInsider.cfg"

Change "VatsimPTT=0" to "VatsimPTT=32"

The DEL key disables commands for Fo interaction, but also enables ATC commands, that's why it's not suitable in your case.

  • There you go. Download this patch Manually replace 3 files in \Multi Crew X-Plane\ installation folder. From now on, once you mute all MCE reco with ScrollLock (or optionally with Numlo

  • For PMDG 737 MSFS integration, it is currently in Beta. Should have received invitation to download the Beta. Assuming you've done that, download this patch http://www.multicrewxp.com/B

  • Try using the word "all".   Two relevant examples that work for me (1st for the NGX, 2nd for the simcheck A300):   "All fuel pumps on."   "Deactivate all packs."

I am guessing by the tittle of this thread we are to report problems here:

FF 767 current version (and the last one as well) and current XPlane version 11.4 and current MCE for XP.

When asking my FO to set speed he always set 399 knots no matter what I ask for. Then sounds proud of himself!

thanks

HI all!

I am creating a very thorough checklist and flow checks for the latest Zibo mod under X-Plane, to be as close as possible to reality.

There are a few items that the FO can't seem to be able to check, press, or move the switches of:

1.Cross Feed Flow valve (close and open)

2.Mach Speed Warning Test 1 and 2 (press switches - sound feedback)

3.Flight Recorder Guard and Test Switch (press switch - sounds Feeback)

4.Window Heat Test (this passes for OVHT test only but FO keeps it in the test position and does not come back to normal)

5.Stall Warning Test (press switch - sound feedback)

6.Spoilers (armed/disarmed)

7.Master Battery Off (it seems it wants to click but misses it...)

8. Ground Power On/Off

9. "Reverse one and two" - I respond Checked - the FO keeps asking confirm, confirm, confirm and then goes on saying "the expected answer is checked)

10. The words "seconds", "interphone", "altitude", "copy" are not spoken, read and not recognized.

These are all items in the preflight flow.

Any way to make them work? 🙂 Loving MCE.

Thank you!

FO doesn't seem to hear me, doesn't respond at all... X-Plane 11.50b4. Speech training didn't help...

Tested it again. Did the whole speech training and everything. Just won't work...

It's usually because MCE has set the speech engine to listen on a different audio device.

If using a conventional headset plugged to an onboard Realtek sound device, plug the jacks to the back of the PC and not the front ones,

Go to <About> tab in MCE user interface and check which devices are listed under "Sound In" and "Sound Out".

Eventually click Windows menu Start->All Apps->Multi Crew X_Plane->Assign sound device.

Select correct audio In and audio out, click OK and let the toll make automatic adjustments if required.

Negative, the audio device was set correctly.

I fixed the problem by changing windows language to english again (I had it in german for a couple of weeks).

So I guess that's been it. Working fine now

Never came across this one.

Thanks for feedback.

@FS++ I have this bug again where the copilot can hear me even though my microphone is muted with scroll lock!

I have the latest version of MCE.

Can you send a hotfix, please?

It could be due to a bad config.

Since a few versions back MCE now offers either ScrollLock (by default) or NumLock as a way to mute speech reco when used with X-Plane.

Add to that, some other plugins use NumLock key to change views.

Go to \X-Plane\Resources\Plugins\ folder and open "xpInsider.cfg"

To use ScrollLock only, make sure

[OPTIONS]

catchScrollLock=1

catchNumlock=0

@FS++ He has the same problem, can you work on a fix, please?

Thx in advance

While you're at it - is there an option to stop FO asking about runway in use? I tell him and he says roger and 30 sec later he asks again...
