August 29, 201213 yr Folks, Short of spending upwards of 1K on a yoke and rudder setup from say PFC, what is the next best alternative? It looks like it's either CH or Saitek, and then within Saitek the options are either the Cessna model or the other. Any suggestions on which to purchase? Is there another vendor out there other than Saitek or CH I should consider? I will be primarily using it with the PMDG 737NGX. Thanks in advance! August 29, 201213 yr For what it's worth, I'm in the same boat as you and considered a new Saitek yoke. However, decided to push the boat out a little further with finances and have firmly decided in the Beech PFC yoke after reading Costa's excellent review. You'll find it pinned to to top of this forum board. Other than that, Saitek and CH are pretty much it for budget yokes. Interested to hear what you decide Have fun
August 29, 201213 yr Author Thanks. I may hold off on the yoke for a bit and re-think the PFC. Is there a decent joystick you suggest to hold me over? August 29, 201213 yr Thanks. I may hold off on the yoke for a bit and re-think the PFC. Is there a decent joystick you suggest to hold me over? I am using the Logitech G940 with throttle system. I alternate it between yoke and joystick type aircraft. Not sure what it retails for in the US, but it wasn't cheap. I think I paid just under GBP300 for it. But I have mixed feelings about it....
