Question about support:

 

What is the vendor's policy for supporting purchases from the Avsim store?

e.g. I'm aware that with the CRJ, if you bought that plane from x-plane.org, the vendors wouldn't respond to questions posted in x-aviation forums and vice versa.

 

Does a policy like that apply with this plane? If so, will they have a support forum on avsim?

We're are not ignoring you. I am trying to track down our store manager for an answer. As regards the forum, we would give them a forum in a heart beat, if they wanted one.
