FO does not speak rotate in circuit training

hello Byork'm having the following problem when I do a circuit training the FO does everything right until the landing except that it does nothing dveria rotate and talk positive rate however it does nothing. I continue with the landing, when I rotate the speed I run the takeoff gear up and ask. Starting from this point the FO does everything normally.

Is the mode set to "Circuits" on the Approach Briefing page?

yes, circuits training at briefing panel

Does the FO retract the Flaps to 15 on touchdown?

yes, FO put flap 15 correctly in touchdown and no speak rotate in vref

I'll take a look at it... not sure why you're not getting the Rotate call for the 2nd touch and go.
