Absolutely the way it should be is the winner is the one with the correct case. Apple are going to go downhill from now one the Iphone used to be the leader but know specification wise the S3 and other phones beat it hands down. There is also the many legal battles Apple are facing.

 

Apple in effect is crying "sour grapes" by instigating all these legal challenges. Apple want to be the market leader but their product isn't up to it so they are making themselves appear big and important by launching these challenges instead. I'm left handed so i don't own an iphone!!!!!!!
