FSX "hangs" for a moment during touch down...

Hi guys,

 

I am experiencing a strange problem with my FSX. During touchdowns the game hangs for just one second. It occurs only during touchdowns, it is the

moment when the tires hit the tarmac.

 

I was wondering if someone knows about this issue and what could be the cause of it.

 

My add-ons:

 

-UTX

-GEX Europe

-Flytampa Hong Kong

-Some airport sceneries

-Ultimate traffic 2

 

The one-second-lag occurs on every airport, even the default ones.

I believe that the tiremarks are the cause - this is an old issue, but I cannot recall which file or texture was the culprit..

 

Hopefully someone can jump in.

That's right disable fx_skidmark.fx from your Effects folder.
