Featured Replies

I am looking for a new monitor;

24" ( with 27 I will loose to much frames )

What is the best resolution 1980 *1200? and ratio 16/9 or 16/10 ( keeping PMDG in mind)

I would like to have something with ISP.

fast m/s ( I use TIR )

however if I would go for the 27" would I have benefit of a 4GB videocard?

And which monitor in this size is the best.

Hello

I run a 27" Dell 2707WFP with a GTX570 1280mb card

I have not noticed any frame rate loss, those days are long behind us.

Get the 27" and you do not need a 4GB card at all.

I have a Yamakasi Catleap q270 which is an IPS panel and the resolution is 2560*1440. Gtx 580 1.5gb and my frames go down to high teens sometimes. My sliders are set to ultra high so theyre not fully right. Flying at night with ultimate terrain, ground environment extreme and rexe 2048 textures. The card is used up to 900mb sometimes and the frames do get killed when theres wx and specially at night.

Research the yamakasi. Its a very nice monitor.

Good luck

Alejandro.

I run a 27" IPS monitor with a GTX560 at 2560x1440 resolution, no frame rate loss compare to my old 24".

As long as you have a GTX660Ti and above, the FPS loss isn't very much.
