MCE Lite Edition has been released

Recommended Posts

Just thought I would post here, just in case you don't visit the MCE forum , further down :O

Any questions then please drop them into the MCE forum.

Thanks

Today, the FS++ Team have released a new edition called "MCE Lite Edition".

The target audience is the occasional simmer who wants to enjoy voice control, and talking to native ATC without breaking the bank.

This package is restricted to the FSX & FS9 default aircraft only.

There is No RC4 or PFE ATC support in this edition, and users don't have access to the advanced Voxscript or Voxkey features. No GSX & AES support in this edition either.

Incidentally, this is the edition that won MCE the Avsim golden Award. As a bonus it now comes with high quality pe-recorded voices.

It will put things in perspective on how far advanced the Ultimate Edition is.

This is voice control for the masses.

Here's the comparison between the editions

Beware of MCE lite!

It purely runs with the untouched original FSX AC. You are not even allowed to change the panel gauges, for example for a multi monitor home cockpit. MCE will be fully stoped with the message "you are running the wrong version". Even changing the call sign of an original AC might kill MCE lite.

So: Hands off! You will loose 20 bugs for nothing!
