DX10 and Latest Nvidia Inspector Update

Just downloaded the latest update (1967) and checking to see if it improves on DX10 - http://www.techspot.com/downloads/5077-nvidia-inspector.html.

No. The NI LOD Bias setting now supports DX10 cards. Here are the fixes -

 

- improved max boost detection for kepler cards

- added CLI parameter "-skipMaxBoostTest" to disable max boost detection

- added CLI parameter "-disableScan" for profile settings

- added new profile helper while dragndrop exe file and no profile is found (take care you not just took the launcher)

- removed (DX9) postfix for LOD bias setting, its supported for DX10+ too since driver r310

While I've used it since it come out It doesn't appear to have any improvement for us.. Any idea what the driver r310 is, Jim? Are they referring to the 301.xx series?

I have the 310.33 drivers installed. They are beta but very good! I'm getting a 400% increase in FPS with them when using DX10 Preview.... LOL! Just kidding.
