Hi Kev, yes, suggest you get it from the developer's website.

Kev, maybe stop and send the support team an email, they may be uploading a new version? Everytime i have downloaded i had good speeds, the only time i did not, it coincided with changes being made.

It is worth a shot

Try deleting the contents of your temp folder where setup normally extracts to for installation.

The support crew are in the UK, they normally get back to you quickly.

Did you run the key maker util? And make sure you run the app wizard before you use mce so all the bits go in the correct spot.

You can run it as a full function demo for a few days so you can get started with it.

What aircraft will you use with it? Or atc?

Lol, at least you are up and running!

When you start mce, check what mode it us in, if it is "dialogue mode" it means it is expecting you to be charting to someone other than mce and it will ignore what you say, to interact you need to be in "flight mode"

Go into the checklist tab and make sure the one displayed is for the aircraft you are flying, if it is the NGX, there is one specifically called NGX.

Apart from that, it is an open canvas, it is not an extended recording where every single flight your crew will do the same and say exactly the same, you can customise and create the procedures you want to follow.
